JAKARTADAILY.ID – The Mandalika MotoGP event has ended, but not for the cleaning staff there. The amount of garbage scattered in the stands left a bad impression on the success of the event.
A Mandalika MotoGP janitor complained about the spectators' bad habit of throwing garbage. He expressed his frustration on his Twitter account @Muhammad_Getar which was uploaded on March 21, 2022,
In that account, he complained of being tired of cleaning up the garbage left by the audience in the stands where he was on duty right at the end of the race.
He said the working hours and cleaning staff at the Mandalika Circuit were quite a lot, around 500 people.
“There is actually a lot of cleaning staff. Approximately 500 people. Some of the WSBK staff were taken yesterday with new recruits," he said via uploads on Twitter.
"Divided into two shifts. The long shift from 06.00 - 18.00 WITA and short shift from 17.00 - 24.00 WITA," he said.
"I happened to have a short shift. Right after the race. Can you imagine what the trash was like?” he said.
Through his uploads, he also uploaded photos and videos after the MotoGP event ended right in the northern zone, Tribun B. There were traces of leftover food that the audience did not finish, causing an unpleasant odor.

Not only that, some leaflets that were left by the audience had to be cleaned. The used drink bottles were also scattered and deliberately thrown away by the audience. The leftovers were also uploaded.
"There are actually a lot of people who don't take photos. Disposable raincoats, plastic bottles, tin bottles, snack wrappers, nutshells, tissue, etc.," he said.
"The tastiest thing is used food. The former food is left alone. This is the most pungent smell," he said.
In the upload, related to his work responsibilities, he did not mean to vilify the event, in fact, he claimed to be proud of the existence of this international standard circuit.
"The bad thing is the audience. Those who upload photos but leave things. Who ate half and then left," he said.
