JAKARTADAILY.ID - Ridwan Kamil and Anies Baswedan were seen to play soccer at the Jakarta International Stadium, or JIS, on Wednesday.
Ridwan and Anies played soccer to try out JIS, expected to be one of the most extravagant stadiums worldwide.
Anies Baswedan took the role of a goalkeeper, and Ridwan Kamil executed the shoot on their penalty shootout game.
Ridwan Kamil posted the following activity on his Instagram account on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
Through his post, he divulged that he was asked by Anies Baswedan to try out JIS' penalty area.
"Requested by @aniesbaswedan to test the penalty area of Jakarta International Stadium," expressed Ridwan Kamil, quoted through his Instagram account @ridwankamil on Thursday, February 17th, 2022.
Kang Emil, the well-known nickname of Ridwan Kamil, furthermore asked people's opinions about his shooting skills on whether he made or failed the goal.
"Will this be a goal or not,?" asked Ridwan Kamil.
Ridwan Kamil also explained that he played soccer with Anies Baswedan after they hosted a G20 talk show.
"Was done after the G20 talk show for the Urban20 sector, where Jakarta, Bandung, and Bogor are the hosts," he said.
Nevertheless, there are a lot of netizens who linked the post to the upcoming 2024 presidential election (Pilpres).
