The Ubud sector police and the local Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) then inspected the bungalow and escorted Tuschinski, who was suspected of having mental disorders, to the Bangli Mental Hospital.

Satake Bayu confirmed that Puri Saraswati had no issue with Tuschinski's actions of being completely naked on the Puri Saraswati stage in Ubud. That night, a ceremony was being conducted, and a spiritual teacher was giving a speech.

Based on the investigation, the police discovered that Tuschinski frequently changed her place of stay and refused to pay. Presently, Tuschinski is still receiving treatment at the Bangli Hospital in Bali.

In response to such incidents involving troubled foreign tourists, the Bali Provincial Government (Pemprov) has established a Task Force (Satgas) to streamline tourism governance and oversee the tourism industry on the Island of the Gods.

Head of the Bali Tourism Office, Tjokorda Bagus Pemayun, stated that the task force's responsibilities encompass not only overseeing foreigners or tourists but also supervising and controlling all tourism activities while maintaining public order related to tourism.

He further emphasized that if residents witness any violations, they should report them to the task force rather than solely relying on social media to raise awareness.
