JAKARTADAILY.ID – A 15-year-old teenager with the initials RD was arrested by members of the Purwakarta Police Narcotics Investigation Unit (Satres).
RD, who is the son of senior singer Lilis Karlina, was arrested in Ciwareng, Babakancikao District, Purwakarta Regency, West Java.
RD, who is still in grade 9 of junior high school, was arrested on Sunday, March 12, 2023 yesterday.
Purwakarta Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Edwar Zulkarnain said that from the hands of RD, the police confiscated thousands of pills of List G drugs without a distribution permit.
"The evidence secured consisted of 925 items of the drug type Hexymer 925 items, 740 items of Tramadol, and 200 items of Trihexyphenidyl," said Edwar at the Purwakarta Police Headquarters, Monday, March 13, 2023.

These three types of drugs may not be bought and sold freely in the community and must obtain a distribution permit.
Edwar said that from the investigation, RD admitted that he got the drugs by buying them online.
"Then the drugs are resold online and directly to buyers," said Edwar.
Because he is still underage, the RD case is in suspension because the child is involved in a legal case.
"The perpetrators violated Article 196 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years," he stated.
