JAKARTADAILY.ID – When we enter the world of work, we will be faced with various kinds of traits and attitudes, and navigating these is key to boosting your confidence and getting your voice heard at the workplace.

Everyone has the same opportunity and right to voice their opinion. This becomes important for yourself because it can have a direct impact on careers both positively and negatively.

Having the confidence and ability to speak up in the workplace is a critical situation, for many reasons and one must speak clearly and impartially to others so as not to hurt the feelings of other coworkers.
