Novel Drug Delivery System by Movi Group Won Awards From Ipitex Thailand 2023

JAKARTADAILY.ID - The Movi Group of Companies participated in Thailand's Inventors Day 2023, held in Bangkok from February 2nd to 6th.

One of Movi's featured products are the AFLO and Herbal E-juice Series, which was exhibited and won a gold medal and two special awards at the event.

The AFLO device, used as a drug delivery system, and its e-liquid herbal series provide a healthcare alternative by delivering Indonesian herbal contents.

This invention has also been granted numerous patents for its experiment, entitled as Novel Drug Delivery System (NDDS) in Indonesia, China, and the PCT (International).

As a result of its success at Thailand's Inventors Day 2023, the AFLO and herbal e-juice series received a special award “For Excellent Efforts Invention Exhibited” from the Korean Invention Promotion Association (KIPA) and “For Outstanding Performance and Display Commenced by The Idea” from The Egyptian Inventors Syndicate (EIS).

Khaled Elnems, head of the delegations from UAE, has given comments on AFLO, saying "Imagine if AFLO as a pod with its non-nicotine Herbal E-liquids could help countries, especially those with the most vape users, by providing a healthier alternative to conventional cigarettes."

Thailand's Inventors' Day, also known as Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx), was attended by 24 countries with a total of 470 registered inventions. The INNOPA organization from Indonesia succeeded in obtaining 16 gold medals, as well as a total of 75 silver and bronze medals.

The event was enlivened by a visit from the Royal Princess of Thailand on February 4th, as a show of support for all inventors.

MOVI's CEO, Tay Ferdinand, said "These achievements have proven the success of our nation's innovators on the international stage, and represent a positive contribution to our country. After receiving awards from LEPRID and MURI in 2021 and 2022 respectively, these are MOVI's first international awards of 2023. They give us the motivation to continue providing the best innovations at both the national and international levels, to make Indonesia proud."
