JAKARTADAILY.ID – Artworks and installations from Balinese artists are currently on display at the international arrival terminal of the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali.
The artworks are on display to welcome the international delegates of the G20 Summit taking place next week on November 15 and 16, 2022.
The art pieces and installations portray much about life in Bali, along with its people and rich culture.
The Tri Hita Karana is one concept portrayed by an artwork that teaches humans to strive for a harmonious relationship with God, fellow humans, and the natural environment.
Indonesian Minister of Tourism Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno expressed his appreciation for the presentation of various art installations which were part of the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport beautification program by PT Angkasa Pura 1.
"Airport readiness is very important to give the delegates a first impression so that they can feel the hospitality which is one of Indonesia's advantages," said Sandiaga Uno in a press release, quoted Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
This art installation is also a showcase of Indonesia's cultural diversity and an effective means of promotion.
