FIFGROUP Awards Ceria Scholarship 2022 to 384 Children of Company Employees

JAKARTADAILY.ID – PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) in synergy with the FIFGROUP Employee Association (IKAFIF) and FIF 2000 Cooperative presents a Ceria Scholarship program for children of company employees.

The FIFGROUP Ceria Scholarship is an activity that has been running since 2013, and this year is the tenth implementation, with the title "Smart and Shining with FIFGROUP."

FIFGROUP Human Capital (HC), General Support (GS) & Corporate Communication Director Esther Sri Harjati symbolically handed over educational scholarships to 384 recipients of the 2022 Cheerful Scholarship program.

"Hopefully this Ceria 2022 Scholarship program can be felt by all recipients and can provide a new spirit to continue to achieve brilliant achievements. Maintain that spirit, because there is a saying that maintaining it is more difficult than achieving it. Hopefully, these young folk will be able to become individuals who can make their parents proud by never giving up on achieving their goals," said Ester in a press release, Sunday, January 08, 2023.

Meanwhile, Corporate Communication and CSR Deputy Division Head Robertus Benny Dwi Koestanto said that the CSR program in FIFGROUP Pilar Pintar aims to increase the capacity of the education level of both students and educators.

"Through various CSR programs in the field of education such as Teacher Training, Teaching Social Hours, External Scholarships to the Ceria Scholarships, FIFGROUP strives consistently to contribute to realizing sustainable education in Indonesia through the implementation of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) in line with the 17 goals of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)".

In accordance with this theme, the submission of the Ceria 2022 Scholarship is expected to create a FIFGROUP generation that is smart, competent, and can shine with various achievements created.

In addition, this is also to appreciate the family members of FIFGROUP employees who have provided support to their father and or mother to always work at FIFGROUP.

In this 2022 Cheerful Scholarship program, the number of FIFGROUP employees' children who applied for the scholarship reached more than 1,100 children and the best 384 were selected.

They consist of 258 elementary school students with a scholarship value of Rp1,200,000/year per child, 64 junior high school students with a scholarship value of Rp1,500,000/year per child, 32 senior high school students with a scholarship value of Rp1,800,000/year per child, and 30 university students with a scholarship value of Rp4,800,000/year per child.

This year the number of recipients increased by 20 percent compared to the previous year with a total of 320 recipients of the Ceria Scholarship program in 2022 with 231 elementary students, 32 junior high school students, 29 high school students, and 28 university students.
