JAKARTADAILY.ID - The London School of Economics and Political Science is to host its second ASEAN Global Leadership Programme (AGLP) in September 2024.

Following the success of the inaugural programme in 2019, this second program will bring together a group of senior leaders from the private and public sectors for a week of high-level debate, discussion and reflection on leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation.

The ASEAN region is one of the sources of major growth in the global economy, increasingly interconnected with China, the US, Australia and Europe, and as such its leaders are playing a significant role on the world stage.

To help inform, encourage and inspire senior colleagues from the ASEAN region, LSE is
delighted to welcome back AGLP to its central London campus.

This initiative forms part of a series of pioneering executive education programmes launched by the regional management consulting firm SRW&Co. over a decade ago which have been delivered in top universities and business schools around the world ever since.

“We are delighted to be welcoming SRW&Co. for the second time for the AGLP,” said
Professor Sarah Ashwin, Head of the LSE Department of Management in a statement sent to

“We look forward to working with the AGLP participants to facilitate a stimulating exchange of knowledge and experience with LSE faculty and senior expert practitioners as well as with other program participants," said Professor Mick Cox, a senior member of LSE Faculty and Program Academic Director.

"LSE is a truly global institution in a thriving capital city and as such the institution will be able to provide strategic insights that enable leaders to see how their undertakings, both institutionally and individually, can prosper and grow in the complex global marketplace," he said.

Daniel Wong, Chairman and Partner of SRW&Co., said The AGLP with LSE in September 2024 is the 25th edition of its AGLP series since its inception in 2009.

"Working closely with our global business school partners, we have been raising the bar in both the design and delivery of our flagship programme over the past 15 years. The fact that we are able to conduct the program over the past 15 years with consistent positive feedback from the participants affirms the recognition of the AGLP as a signature leadership development programme in the ASEAN region," he said.

"Following a highly successful first edition in 2019, we look forward to continuing this partnership with LSE and look forward to another successful programme delivery in September 2024," Wong added.

SRW&Co. is a regional management consulting firm with three core businesses in HR
Management Consulting, Executive Education and HR Technology. The company also work in
